Media
Your profile picture is visible to website and player portal administrators, and may be shown to other players with registered and approved portal accounts in the context of the player directory. Your other media uploads are only visible to you and website or portal administrators.
Gravatars can be used for profile pictures, if associated with your email address. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites

We store the personal information provided by player portal users as long as their account exists. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see, edit, and delete that information. When an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

The player portal also collects certain information in order to:
- facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

- evaluate and improve our services, and your experience. We may process your information when we believe it is necessary to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our programs, and to evaluate and improve our organizational activities and service offerings.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can log in and update your data or delete your account. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by emailing enoriverwomen@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request,” sending from your account email address. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
